What a disappointing season for us and our Huskers so far! This week the Huskers host #6 ranked Ohio State, looking to end a three-game losing streak against them, with their last three setbacks coming by a total of 12 points.
Game day is at 2nd newest watch-site, CB Live (aka Copper Blues @ Desert Ridge) in northeast Phoenix. Game time is 9:00 a.m. MST. Doors will open by 8:15 a.m.

Nebraska held a 17-14 advantage at halftime, but could not hold the lead, as the Boilermaker defense controlled the Husker offensive attack in the second half to key the victory….
Ohio State stands at 7-1 overall and 5-0 in Big Ten Conference play, following a 33-24 victory over No. 20 Penn State on Saturday night in Columbus. Ohio State is ranked No. 6 in this week’s AP poll and stands at No. 5 in the USA Today Coaches Poll.

Huskers Host Purdue For Their 6th Big 10 Game, Game Day at Connolly’s Sports Grill – Oct. 30th – Kickoff 12:30 p.m. AZ time
Let’s hope our Huskers used their bye weekend last week to good advantage and are coming back refreshed and re-invigorated to finish the season strong! Fortunately, three of their final four games will be at home in Memorial Stadium.

Huskers at Home vs. Michigan, Game Day at The Craftsman – Oct. 9 – Kickoff 4:30 p.m. AZ time
The Huskers are home with another prime time slot (CDT) again this week, and seem to be getting things running smoothly after their convincing victory over Northwestern last week. They face an undefeated Michigan Wolverines team, ranked 9th in the AP Poll and 8th in the USA Today Coaches Poll. Saturday’s meeting will be Michigan’s first visit to Lincoln since 2012, when unranked Nebraska defeated No. 20 Michigan, 23-9, in a prime-time matchup. Let’s make it happen again!!

“Nebraska returns to Lincoln for a two-game homestand at Memorial Stadium, beginning with a prime-time contest on Saturday against defending Big Ten West champ Northwestern. Game time at Memorial Stadium is set for shortly after 6:30 p.m., with the game televised on BTN.
Saturday’s game is Nebraska’s Homecoming contest and the start of five home games over the final seven games of the season.
Nebraska enters the game at 2-3 overall and 0-2 in Big Ten play following a heartbreaking 23-20 overtime loss at No. 20 Michigan State on Saturday night.”
According to ESPN’s Football Power Index (FPI), Nebraska has a 79 percent chance of pulling out the win on Saturday.

Our Huskers held their own against Oklahoma for much of the game, but penalties and missed field goals cost them the victory. This week our Huskers travel to #20 Michigan State for their first Big Ten conference game. Huskers Play @ Home vs. UB Buffalo Bulls, Game Day at The Craftsman – Sep. 11 – Kickoff 12:30 p.m. AZ time
Yay! Our Huskers WON last Saturday!! The UB Buffalo Bulls are from the University of Buffalo, and are in the eastern division of the Mid-America Conference (MAC-East). They finished the 2020 season 6–1, 5–0 (season interrupt by Covid) in MAC play to win the East Division, so they will give us a fight. Let’s cheer on our Huskers to keep their momentum going!
